Meet the Bluebird Team
Medical Director
Dr. Samuel Carli is a board certified Internal Medicine physician with years of clinical experience, ranging from concierge practice to inpatient service including ICU management. He grew up on the east coast and completed medical school in Brooklyn, NY followed by residency training in Tucson, AZ.
Heidi Holmes, PA-C
Heidi Holmes, PA-C, grew up in Minnesota, where she first developed her passion for health and wellness. She earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Pacific University in 2013 and began practicing dermatology in Central Oregon shortly thereafter.
Heidi brings over seven years of experience in both medical and cosmetic dermatology. She is skilled in multiple laser platforms and is committed to continued growth in an evolving aesthetic field.
Heidi shares Bluebird’s refined aesthetic eye and deep commitment to skin health, with an emphasis on research-based patient education and natural-looking results.

Julie Natoli, PA-C
Dr. Samuel Carli, MD
Julie is a board certified physician assistant. She attended The University of Michigan, graduating with a BBA in 2005 and went on to obtain her masters degree from Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, IL, graduating in 2014. She has 10+ years of medical and cosmetic dermatology experience. She began practicing dermatology in Ann Arbor, MI prior to moving to Bend, OR in 2020. She founded Bluebird Skin Therapy + Aesthetics in November 2024.
In 2022, she completed an advanced training course with Dr. Patrick Bitter, founder of Sciton Broadband Light (BBL), to take her skills to the next level . She believes in the powerful anti-aging and complexion-enhancing effects of BBL and strives to provide the most effective, individualized BBL treatments in Central Oregon. Julie is also an advanced injector and has a passion for combining her medical knowledge with an artistic eye in her practice. Julie continues to grow her skills and knowledge with advanced educational experiences. She also strives to educate and guide patients on their anti-aging journey, recommending only the most effective treatments with proven results. She believes that less is more and values natural outcomes and glowing skin.
